All returns must be made within 30 days of the order delivery date. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. A return request must be initiated with Customer Support before returning the product. Please contact email@example.com to start a return request.
Returns must include all items originally shipped to you. Katalyst is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
